Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews explicitly state the hotel is 'very clean' / 'exceptionally clean' and rooms described as impecable.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating; a few coordination issues noted (e. g. , amenities for third guest) but overall service strongly positive.

Location

Convenient for Gare St Jean and public transport, river views noted; however many comments about a run-down area, construction, poor lighting and not advisable to walk late at night; nightclub noise reported.

Room Quality

Rooms described as comfortable, spacious, well appointed with good views and generally new; some issues reported such as shower layout (no door) and occasional missing extras for a third guest.

Amenities

Rooftop restaurant praised and basic onsite facilities are good, but limited room service options, missing in-room items for an extra guest and car park lighting issues were reported.

Value for Money

Not frequently stated explicitly, but consistent comments about cleanliness, comfort, helpful staff and a new/impeccable hotel suggest strong perceived value.
