Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Repeated positive mentions: rooms described as clean, daily housekeeping reported, and guests explicitly praised room cleanliness.

Service

Multiple comments note friendly, helpful and professional staff; some guests praised attentiveness and community feel, supporting a strong service score.

Location

Convenient downtown location and good transit access noted by several guests, but presence of local homeless population and a guest comment about location being a drawback balance the score.

Room Quality

Rooms described as modern, well-designed, comfortable beds and appealing decor; some negatives such as very poor pillows and minor amenity gaps slightly reduce the score.

Amenities

Positive mentions of in-room tablet, bar, communal 'living room' and decor; issues reported include lack of kettle/cups in rooms, limited bottled water and glued books, producing a mixed rating.

Value for Money

Guests called breakfast weak yet pricey and noted expensive bottled water and parking/towing costs; these repeated value concerns lower this category.

Modern Accommodations

Located in the heart of Los Angeles, citizen M Los Angeles Downtown offers stylish and air-conditioned rooms equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. From a flat-screen TV to free Wi Fi, each room is designed to cater to your needs.

Convenient Amenities

Enjoy access to a fitness centre, perfect for keeping up with your workout routine while traveling. Need to catch up on work? Take advantage of the on-site business centre and free Wi Fi. The 24-hour front desk is always ready to assist you, ensuring a seamless stay.
