Multiple reviews praise the cleanliness and order of the hotel (e. g. , 'muy limpio y ordenado', 'la limpieza'), indicating consistently high standards.

Staff repeatedly described as very attentive and friendly (mentions of Fabricio, good reception, security), with only a few notes of limited receptionist attention.

Mixed mentions: many praise the complex location and accessibility to restaurants/cinema/casino, but several guests note it is distant from the city centre ('lejos', 'alejado', 7–11 km), so location is convenient for the complex but not central.

Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with good beds by many, but some negatives noted (no slippers/bathrobe, noisy room, small TV, firmer mattress, occasional room change due to elevator/power issues).
