Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines Clean Promise (IHG)

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but multiple serious issues were reported (old/worn towels, blood stains on sheets, tissue under blanket, carpet with mold/mildew smell) warranting a lowered cleanliness score.

Service

Service is frequently highlighted as a strength: staff described as very nice, friendly and helpful (named staff like Martin and Diogo praised). A few isolated follow-up/name-badge issues noted but overall service is a clear positive.

Location

Location consistently praised: convenient for the airport, close to metro, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Slightly away from some major tourist sites but overall very convenient.

Room Quality

Rooms are generally comfortable with very comfortable beds and good room cleanliness for many guests, though some experienced worn towels, carpet issues or mildew smells in specific rooms.

Amenities

Good on-site amenities noted (free breakfast, pleasant lobby). However safety/maintenance concerns (elevator malfunction incidents, loose cobblestones at entrance) slightly reduce this score.

Garden Views and Modern Amenities

Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access and tour/ticket assistance. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7: 00 AM to 10: 30 AM.

Convenient Features

Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite. Stay in one of 108 guestrooms featuring Smart televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment.
